Called about an emergency with my dog to see if they had availability and got put on hold for five minutes, once they answered I had to re-explain the emergency only for them to tell me they were unavailable for the day. All while hearing employees laughing and joking around in the background. Maybe other people’s experiences were different than mine but this was an emergency for me and it seemed like they didn’t care much

This doctor saved my dogs life!!!! I could not be more thankful and grateful for Dr. Naseem and his team. He will work with you and thoroughly explain things to you so you feel comfortable with leaving your animals in his hands. He will not take advantage of you payment wise either, He GENUINELY loves these animals. Story time; My dog Jax has had issues since November of what we were told from another hospital in Commack (veg hospital) many times it was only HGE (extreme bloody stool).
