I did not take my car directly to them! But I was exiting from the gas station and was reversed into at speed by one of the employees. Very disappointed unfortunately. Reza your a nice enough bloke but mate guarantee means guarantee. Took my Mrs Car here that had a milk stain under the drivers seat and foul odour , said if I do the full clean $250 will guarantee no smell as he will clean it three times. Next day the smell came back. Took the car back to Reza who agreed to go over it again. When I picked the car back up he said he hopes the smell goes but if not he can do the full interior for me for $400 and this time 100 per cent will guarantee no smell. T... read more
