I will not go back. There was a guy at the gate and I told him I just wanted the basic wash. He rung up the $11 wash and when I said something he said that was the cheapest wash they had. Went home and checked the website. there is a seven dollar wash which I had gotten before. Don’t let them put in your order for you.
I had waited for a decade for the perfect car wash to be built near me. Aqua Wave was it. Affordable at $7, does a good job, good location. I was a faithful weekly customer from the minute they opened. Then last month I was shocked to go thru and find the Basic Wash was removed as an option and the lowest wash was $11!! That's a huge jump. So now I can only go twice a month and the owner is actually losing money with that exchange. That higher priced wash also included a tire shine which i hated. I was just there and it was shut down for a computer problem. This was the third time this month that it's been down for some reason. I cordially asked the owner (after he walked by me cussing at a lady he was just speaking to on the phone) what the problem was and that I have an unlimited wash subscription that I haven't been able to use in the last month.
