The pool cover installers were rude and did not provide the service I well over paid for. Almost $400. They do not provide best practices in pool care and the customer service is awful. They installed a new cover and did not prop it up with a pillow. Now I have mosquito larvae abundantly growing on the top and no way for the cover to be supported when it becomes cold out. Ice will weigh it down. The manager literally said, “I don’t care if you’re upset.” Take your business elsewhere!
Don’t deserve 1 star. I can’t even explain the frustration.
Close and convenient! They had everything we needed for our salt water pool. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
