This was my go-to pool company for years. They were always respectful, communicated well, and honored appointments but things have changed. I booked a pool opening /clean but had to change the date because it was raining all week. I notified them of the change two-weeks in advance. We set a new date. On that date, no one showed up. If I could leave zero stars I would. We have been back and forth communication with them since February, it is now May 20th. Unfortunately, after multiple inconveniences, lack of follow-through, and several unfulfilled promises, we have decided we can no longer continue working with Aquavita. Would not recommend what so ever.
They are the worst. I wish I had read all these reviews before calling them. They came to clean our pool, but it looked exactly the same after they finished the job. The person they sent was very unprofessional, and when I called the office to complain, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
