The owner will cancel you instead of answering your customer service. In December I left for a vacation, called to put on hold and left. My credit card was stolen while away and clearly my hold request was not processed. They called and I repeatedly said I'll handle it. Then I returned with a flu and still getting the daily calls with a fever, I paid, but complained with a 103 fever about how they did not hold until I returned. We love going to Aquaventure! We had my son start going at 6 months and love the programs :)
They have a helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. Very nice facility and it's been great for every stage of swimming our child had gone through so far. We look forward to every lesson here.
When you go and sign up for a membership, there is no tour, no information given, no welcome package, just give your money and figure it out. Be prepared to figure out everything they may offer on your own. Figure out the class schedules, pool availability, and everything on your own.I felt as though I was being an aggravation. Now I have an expensive membership to a place that I don't feel welcome. I guess I just show up whenever and get in the pool wherever.
