The service techs are excellent HOWEVER.......Dad and son (owners) combo not so great. Dad seems to think the customer should be subjected to substandard services and not satisfy reasonable requests for work from the customer. The son basically is a fast talker and thinks people are not intellegent enough to comprehend anything related to water treatment services. STAY AWAY from this company.

This company was sent an important piece of my mail by mistake. They took the time plus paid for postage to forward it to me simply because it was the right thing to do. This is a business that is clearly honest and operates with integrity. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future if I ever needed their services.
