Horrible company. Peter white, the owner, is a horrible person and a compulsive liar. Wish I read more reviews prior to hiring. I didn’t think people like this were able to stay in business so long, but it’s because it’s the pool business and they are one time sales. Unless you want to be miserable hire any other company.

Very unprofessional crew that consists of crack heads and junkies ..ex Scott wolf. Don't leave them alone in or around your home Also they pay them under the table after a 30 hour work week Shame

Aquatime is a horrible company and I beg you to stay clear from them! We signed our contract with them and was told it would only take about 4 weeks pending weather. We've had almost no rain and we're at 6 weeks and I'm being told it will be at least another 4. We've run into 0 problems and it's still delayed! Trying to get answers from them in a nightmare. customer Overall we had a very good experience with Aquatime and we are enjoying our beautiful new pool. The owner was willing to accommodate our unusual requests for a special interior finish and a matte finish on the deck. A followup service call was necessary to clear a pipe and they did this promptly and free of charge. Nick, who was in charge of scheduling, was polite and responsive. Fantastic! – Please don't read to into the people that have bashed this company. I've recently purchased a hot tub from this company and found their service excellent. I was recommended to the company from a friend that had purchased a hot tub from them a few years ago. I drove up to Tyngsboro on a Saturday, approximately 1 hour drive, and I was greeted by a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member. Great construction! I couldn't have had a better experience with Aquatime! My new pool construction went great. They built me a 20x40 gunite pool and other than a couple of rain delays everything ran smoothly. The team was very responsive and were always willing to answer my questions. I can't wait to use my pool this summer!

Terrible business My husband and I contracted with this company in 2009 to resurface, replace tile and the coping stone and install a heater on our gunite pool. This company was the worst company I have ever dealt with. Rocky was rude and arrogant. The workmanship was terrible. They never came when they were suppose to and they were extremely unresponsive. Disreputable company – We had a very similar experience to Moedoger and are still making repairs to their shoddy workmanship several years later. We also had the same problems with New England Hardscapes.

Crappy service, crappy pool co. Worst pool company in Middlesex Co. They charge out the ying-yang, and don't do anything for it. Run, don't walk, run. Do I have to choose a star? Isn't there a negative star or a big ZERO?
