Aquatic is the only company that I know if you complain to your supervisor three times and the plant manager three times at the end you’ll be the one fired because you were the problem for addressing the sexual-harassment and bullying and working in a hostile environment I explain to the plant manager that his employees have anxiety and stressed out, not eating, and sleeping and that we need change and asked him to put the supervisor under investigation for allowing this to go on for so long
Allow S/A In Workplace and Is a very hostile work environment! Team leads don’t help the situation at all.
At some point they should that quantity is not the answer in quality and they learn how to treat people
