I can see by all the other reviews that there is something really wrong going on here.
Shaun and Hector did a great job fixing my pool.
We re-did our in-ground pool. And had the body done I was told that they were going to make sure that they put in channels for groundwater the first year we had a whole that was about 12 in Long the second year we had a star crack in the bottom. Was told there was a warranty. Then was told oh well they would have to redo the liner. Not my fault. Will be filings a better business report. Ridiculous.
Guy is a crook. Disappears for weeks, doesn't show up. Sent me text couldn't come as he was in jail. when he did show up, it was to say he couldn't do the work then. Shaking and jumpy all the time. WE filed complaints with better business bureau and state of CT department of consumer affairs. STAY AWAY.
