Bought a used spa and they supposedly ordered a new cover as it was full of mold. Was originally told two weeks, then after numerous calls, was told not sure if or when it could be ordered. Also when spa was bought, there was a broken piece around the filter. Jim specifically told me he would order a new part, and of course that never happened. I purchased a spa from Aquatic Spa two years ago and had great sales and installation from this company. Recently while cleaning my spa, my hunting dog chased a lizard into the housing and pulled out and damaged a significant amount of tubing. Aquatic Spa took control and meticulously replaced and corrected all the damage. Great customer service and professionalism.
We love our new Vita Spa Prestige. Jim and his team were super professional and it was a smooth installation. The patio chairs and table are beautiful too.
Jim and his crew are the best in the business. Would definitely recommend
