From first contact to final delivery, the owner (James) and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. As novices with no real clue what we were looking for, James took a keen interest in ensuring we were educated on the products before we selected the hot tub for us. He was patient as we asked a lot of questions and answered in plain english that we could understand. These guys are the best. Jim came pretty quick despite being super busy. My 3 yr old spa was down and he fixed it, had the parts on the truck. Very knowledgeable that the motor I had was from China, made sure he replaced it with one of better quality. He was empathetic that my house is a rental (and I live far away) - he took care of a few other things on the spot so I wouldn't have to call him again in a couple of months. Pricing is very reasonable. Wish I had bought my tub from Aquatic too!
