We purchased our hot tub from Aquatic a little over 3 years ago and recently contacted them regarding a minor maintenance issue. Jim responded and arrived to fix it within 24 hours. This is what great follow up customer service is all about!

Jim and company were very helpful. Jim gave us a quick overview of styles and options, and cost. He came to our house when the spa was installed and then came over to show us the controls and how to operate the spa. He's been available for questions and follow up visits. Really great experience.

Bought a used bullfrog spa and they promised a new cover when we bought it. It's been 3 months, and I've yet to get a response back after phones calls and I even stopped by the store.

Purchasing my hot tub at Aquatic Spas was a great experience. Both Sandy and Jim (the owner) are super knowledgeable and very patient, answering all of my questions and concerns and making sure that my wife and I got the perfect spa. Jim came personally for the installation and walked us through everything that I needed to know. I have no doubt that he'll be there after the sale as well. I won't hesitate to recommend Aquatic to anyone looking for a hot tub.
