Aquatic Solutions is hands down the best pool company we’ve used. Everyone we’ve worked with has been fantastic. The office staff are always super friendly and responsive and very solution oriented. They do their best to fit you in as quickly as possible, especially if you’re having an issue. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Every tricky (to us) problem we’ve thrown at them, they’ve solved quickly and with minimum additional charges. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a pool company!
Max is by far the most upstanding professional we've had. He opened our pool for the summer, quickly addressed some major issues and was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and clearly committed to excellence. What stood out to us is his dedication to doing good work for the customer. His approach was very customer-oriented; we're well past the month of June and really needed to get the pool open before 4th of July. With his help and expertise, we'll be able to do that. I couldn’t recommend Aquatic Soultions enough! From the very beginning when Jason came out and gave me a quote it’s been great! Jason answered every single email I had and kept me in the loop- when he sent his crew out Wednesday morning they got here early, were very nice, worked all day long in the heat, got the new liner in and when I came home from work the project manager Dillan was here who was wonderful! His crew cleaned up every single piece of trash they had, didn’t leave anything behind and worked hard! We can’t wai... read more
