We had this pool service for a year. Of course the contract price is in line with others but things change when the service started. They were always trying to charge extra for work and chemicals. It's not a few bags of Chlorine at a time but more like 10. Pretty soon, we had to limit that, but the pool was always green the whole season. We bought a home with a pool and had no idea what we were doing. We were told the old owner used this company, so we figured we would give them a try and if we didn't like them-we would jump ship. We are going on 4 years and we have been SO happy with Aquatic Solutions! They have always been quick to reply, quick to come out, they answer all our questions and we have never felt oversold! If you're looking for a pool company, you found it! Give them a call. You won't regret it one bit!

Buyer Beware. As a Military Family, we want to work with businesses that are professional, honest, and take pride in their work. This company delivered none of that. After years of mediocre service, our most recent experience was downright unacceptable. Our neighbors had warned us to avoid them — and they were right. Aquatic Solutions is hands down the best pool company we’ve used. Everyone we’ve worked with has been fantastic. The office staff are always super friendly and responsive and very solution oriented. They do their best to fit you in as quickly as possible, especially if you’re having an issue. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Every tricky (to us) problem we’ve thrown at them, they’ve solved quickly and with minimum additional charges. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a pool company!

Max is by far the most upstanding professional we've had. He opened our pool for the summer, quickly addressed some major issues and was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and clearly committed to excellence. What stood out to us is his dedication to doing good work for the customer. His approach was very customer-oriented; we're well past the month of June and really needed to get the pool open before 4th of July. With his help and expertise, we'll be able to do that.
