So I went in here not really sure what I wanted or needed. I walked in and a young lady Kylie approached me. I explained how unsure I was in exactly what I wanted and I tell you what, Ive never met someone so positive and knowledgeable in my life. She had facts about every fish or coral I thought would look good in my tank. She set me up. Prices were reasonable after shopping around.
Kylie, Ben, Connor, and Kevin really do a great job. Especially Kylie. She goes out of her way to ensure every animal is packed safe and is healthy. Ben’s knowledge about fish is excellent. Connor is really great. And Kevin’s a great guy. 🪩 the stores warm and welcoming thanks to Leslie‘s wonderful personality. Her and Tom’s hard work has created an oasis filled with amazing corals and beautiful creatures.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take great care of their aquatic animals, and they have a great selection of fresh and salt water fish.
Don't let these people tell you to cycle your tank with fish! I went in looking for Fritz turbo 900 and ammonia to cycle a new tank. Against my better judgment, I let a member of their staff convince me to cycle with fish! Then, I went back 8 days later for a water test and was told no nitrites and nitrates and more fish would help! Do your research, people! Don't let them tell you otherwise! It will save you money and time to do a no fish cycle !
Kylie was the most knowledgeable person ever! Glad to have her to guide me through my aquatic adventures!
