Aquatic Pet store in Penrith Plaza is where my family always go to get our pets or great advice on them. The staff are always so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and never make you feel like an idiot, regardless of what stupid question you might ask :) Nikki the manager, in particular is a wealth of knowledge and is happy to patiently share it, as well as her infectious love of all animals.
