Absolute worst! Two Board of Health inspections. Failed both. Unqualified technicians{?}.
The pools are always very clean and have a welcoming environment.
Unorganized management scams employees they hire in spring into working 7 days a week, with the promise of winters with less work. Then, after they are up and running for the summer, they fire the overworked, under-paid employees so they don't have to pay them during the winter. I do not envy their karma.
I would not use this company. Our HOA Fishers ( Parkshore) uses this company for pool maintenance and lifeguards. Multiple times they have either not shown up to open or closed early without any notice. The manager has issues with how to manage his staff. I would look elsewhere for a better quality company.
