Worst company to manage your community pool. Specially Mark Lee person doesn’t even know how to talk to residents of the community.
The lifeguards don't care or pay attention when they're on duty. If they even get out of their cars and come in to the pool on time you're lucky.... Call the supervisor to complain and he has no idea what you're even talking about...

I’ve been living in the cypress trail community for over 5 years and the community pool employees are so welcoming, professional and friendly.Forest has been our pool guy over 2 years and I have nothing but positive feedback to say about him.. my kids love playing with him. Also Nikki this year has always been so friendly and supportive especially being so patient with my 2 year old baby in the pool she loves playing with her and brother … looking forward to seeing them again next summer!
Don’t ever let your kids work for them if you plan on taking any type of family vacation. They don’t care. You kid has to cover their own shift and if they don’t they are fired. If they quit because they can’t get off for a family vacation their pay gets cut. IF you decide to let your kid work for them make sure YOU as the parent read the agreement. Lots of shady stuff and they can never keep their pools open.
