What a team.. The team at Aquatic elements were outstanding. They guided me through a rather stressful process and not only did they resolve the problem , they did so in a very timely and efficient manner and their communication went above and beyond. The worst customer service I’ve come across. I’m shocked that manufactures would have their brand associated with this business. We’ve submitted a claim on our pool cleaner back in July through our pool supplier. Aquatic Elements sent the wrong parts after waiting for a month or so, followed up number of times through pool supplier and then directly with Aquatic Elements to be fobbed off by the rep who told us it’s on its way couple of weeks ago and still nothing, we are in December now.
