Kris (Aquatic Edge LC, “AELC”) is likeable with a passion for water features. We are happy with the pond, but we wish we never started. The fiasco cost us an extra $7,495 to fix our irrigation. We hired Idaho Sprinkler Repair to fix unnecessary damage created during the pond project. AELC side stepped accountability for the issue they created, so the responsibility fell to us. Recently had a fully custom koi pond designed and built by Kris at Aquatic Edge. Did everything go perfectly smoothly? No, that's to be expected with custom work. But Kris was absolutely committed to making sure that the little things were resolved so that our beautiful pond is just right. Our pond is gorgeous and brings us so much joy. I strongly recommend Aquatic Edge!
I have paid this company over $12K for work this year. It started out great and I was pleased with a remodel they did for me, so I hired them again to build a second pond. They were very difficult to get to come on site to discuss design criteria that I wanted to make sure were included, and instead wanted to design remotely using my list of criteria.
