Kris (Aquatic Edge LC) is likeable with a passion for ponds. We like our new pond, but wish we never remodeled the old one. The fiasco cost us an EXTRA $7,495 to fix our irrigation, we had to hire Idaho Sprinkler Repair to fix damage Kris created during the pond project. Kris side stepped accountability for the issue they created, so the responsibility fell to us. I have followed aquatic edge for years and have been amazed by their work. My pump broke in my 5,000 gallon pond I lost all my fish and when I called Kris he replied and had me on the books within an hour and came out the next day to fix it! He totally remodeled the wasteful ordered us a new pump everything installed and working great even referred me to an electrician who came out with him to help me.
