My pool heater went out and this company literally came to my house the very next day, figured out was wrong and even had the part in stock! They returned first thing in the morning to fix it and only charged me one service fee and was completely transparent about the cost before they did anything. Would 10 out of 10 recommend, will be using again!
Great family business. We have had a hot tub with them for years and they are always quick to help and extremely generous. Would highly recommend!
Terrible customer service. Our new hot tub has froze up each winter we've had it, but they say that's our fault. When we call we wait up to 2 weeks for a call back. When they finally do show up, they show up unannounced. One of those times, the tech guy was outside watching my girlfriend shower through the window while he was on our patio. If I could leave 0 stars I would, without one single hesitation. If you are looking for a quality company to buy your products from who employs quality customer service representatives that do business with more than a 6th grade level of competence, please leave this page immediately and look elsewhere. We have dealt with these people on numerous occasions and it is shocking how terrible they are. 1000% do not recommend.
