My experience as a new pool owner has been a nightmare. I bought an above ground pool from LAP and they installed it July 2025. As soon as my pool was installed it was one issue after another. Some minor, tubes leaking and leaking under my skimmer right after they left my house. I am told screws just need to be tightened and the O ring must be out of place. I had the worst service I could imagine! I bought the pool from them and had them install the pool 5 years ago. I think around $8'-9,000 . I noticed last year, so 4 years after being installed the frame was lifting off the pool. This year its completely coming off all the way around. I sent pics to the owner. Her response was "I think your pool is shot" . I say there is no warranty? She says no. 'Water must have gotten under there. And frost moved it." I said that's it?
