We had our pool built by Craig and Leann five years ago, and we couldn’t be happier. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish—friendly, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. I had the worst service I could imagine! I bought the pool from them and had them install the pool 5 years ago. I think around $8'-9,000 . I noticed last year, so 4 years after being installed the frame was lifting off the pool. This year its completely coming off all the way around. I sent pics to the owner. Her response was "I think your pool is shot" . I say there is no warranty? She says no. 'Water must have gotten under there. And frost moved it." I said that's it? This review is years overdue! We purchased our Artisan spa over 10 years ago from LAP. At this milestone, things started to go south, expectantly due to its age. LeAnn and crew made this latest hiccup a minor inconvenience. The heater went belly-up last fall as the weather grew colder. We were leaving, so I drained and winterized the tub.
