Absolute garbage company! Brought in my Dolphin robot May 13 (still under warranty) as it had stopped working suddenly. They immediately diagnosed it and said it needed a new motor but they didn’t have the piece in stock. I had my pool vac serviced there afew years ago. First, they tried to sell me a new pool vac, then they tried to sell me a refurbished one. When I didn’t accept either of these options, they told me I needed to replace both motors in the machine. I found this odd, because the only problem with the machine is that it would not move forward. Regardless, I went with their repair and they charged me several hundred dollars. I needed my Polaris fixed and after a couple of places told me at least 2 weeks, aquatic not only fixed it in 5 minutes but didn’t charge for the quick repair. I really appreciate their honesty hard to find in this day and age. Thank you!
I was trying to set up my Aquatrol timer for the pool and I followed the instructions and watched countless videos and could not do it. I called maybe like 16 pool shops to ask for help or if they could send a technician. No one even tried to help me. They were rude or would just say sorry we can’t help you and hang up.
