Way over price on shipping, $20 for two small little pencil sized parts
I wish I saw these NEGATIVE reviews before taking my robot there. They told me all the things they would fix on my ONE YEAR OLD DOLPHIN ROBOT, but I didn't want all of it done, only what was necessary. We agreed on what was to be done. When I went to pick it up, they did EVERYTHING, and was charging me the full amount. Manuel even said, "Oh, I forgot to tell them not to (do that additional repair)." I don't write reviews unless a company truly goes above and beyond, I don't know how this company has a 3.7, but what I will say is my Dad and I have been using this company for repairs for years and they are fair and always provide you with all the details before making a repair decision. I have never had a single issue with any repaired robots and they were always done in a timely matter.
