I needed my Polaris fixed and after a couple of places told me at least 2 weeks, aquatic not only fixed it in 5 minutes but didn’t charge for the quick repair. I really appreciate their honesty hard to find in this day and age. Thank you!
I was trying to set up my Aquatrol timer for the pool and I followed the instructions and watched countless videos and could not do it. I called maybe like 16 pool shops to ask for help or if they could send a technician. No one even tried to help me. They were rude or would just say sorry we can’t help you and hang up. Way over price on shipping, $20 for two small little pencil sized parts
I wish I saw these NEGATIVE reviews before taking my robot there. They told me all the things they would fix on my ONE YEAR OLD DOLPHIN ROBOT, but I didn't want all of it done, only what was necessary. We agreed on what was to be done. When I went to pick it up, they did EVERYTHING, and was charging me the full amount. Manuel even said, "Oh, I forgot to tell them not to (do that additional repair)."
