Very hard to work with. I called several times for tech support and never got past the receptionist. I ordered a power supply for my sweep thinking that was the problem. It was not. I went on vacation and when I got home I tried to return power supply they said it was past the 10 days it wasn’t if you allow for shipping and weekends. I have bought 2 robots and screens and other parts for my robot and never had a problem for over 10 years, now they aren’t so good. I offered to pay shipping I tried to talk to manager. Absolute garbage company! Brought in my Dolphin robot May 13 (still under warranty) as it had stopped working suddenly. They immediately diagnosed it and said it needed a new motor but they didn’t have the piece in stock. I asked how long it would take to order the piece and get the robot back and was told no more than a week. My brother called a few times on week two and was told that Maytronics had not yet sent out the part and to take it up with them. I had my pool vac serviced there afew years ago. First, they tried to sell me a new pool vac, then they tried to sell me a refurbished one. When I didn’t accept either of these options, they told me I needed to replace both motors in the machine. I found this odd, because the only problem with the machine is that it would not move forward. Regardless, I went with their repair and they charged me several hundred dollars. I needed my Polaris fixed and after a couple of places told me at least 2 weeks, aquatic not only fixed it in 5 minutes but didn’t charge for the quick repair. I really appreciate their honesty hard to find in this day and age. Thank you!

I was trying to set up my Aquatrol timer for the pool and I followed the instructions and watched countless videos and could not do it. I called maybe like 16 pool shops to ask for help or if they could send a technician. No one even tried to help me. They were rude or would just say sorry we can’t help you and hang up.
