REFUSES TO RESPOND TO EMERGENCY SITUATION AND HUNG UP ON CUSTOMER TELLING THEM TO GO ELSEWHERE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE AND WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE. OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED. BAD BUSINESS
