If I could give zero I would. WORST SERVICE EVER! Do not use them!!! Still waiting on our salt chlorine generator we paid for after the first one broke after a month of using it…wont return our calls.
Highly Professional A#1 I’ve use this service for over two years now and cannot say enough good words about their professionalism and outstanding customer care. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pool or is that thinking of constructing a pool.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used Aquatic Design & Service Group to Open , service and close our pool summer of 2021. In their Basic Solid Cover Opening Service they include "- assemble & start up pool / spa pump, 1 booster pump, heater - re install hand rails and or ladders - vacuum pool up to 30 minutes - remove clean & fold cover - blow deck area - basic start up chemicals". Robbie Keri and his daughter came out to open our pool. They left without pool fully cleaned and said they will be back to complete as pool is too dir... read more
Worst company in the VA area. Never on time or service. Cleaning pool not there priority’s. Stay away from them.

In their Basic Solid Cover Opening Service they include "- assemble & start up pool / spa pump, 1 booster pump, heater - re install hand rails and or ladders - vacuum pool up to 30 minutes - remove clean & fold cover - blow deck area - basic start up chemicals".
