We are novice boaters. We rented a pontoon. The first time in many years. A 90 hp motor. The employee who checked out our boat, never told us that the trim for the engine was up, nor did he check it it should be down. Our rental was for two days. it felt like we were the slowest boat on the lake. We had rented a tube. For those people on our boat that tried the tubing, it was not a good experience.
