Inconsistency of teachers and teachers are inexperienced.6 kids in a class with no standing space in the little designated swim space. This resulted in a safety incident where my child bumped in to another child resulting in a head concussion and my child with pain in his mouth. We are now pulling our child out of this swim school. Since the changeover to Carlisle the standard of this swim school has gone down hill. They only care about making as much money as they possibly can!!

Great centre with excellent instructors just becoming too unsafe with over crowded parking. With the centre also accomodating another centre it is leading to severe over crowding particularly with parking. Even arriving early as per the centres advise it still leaves many parents to park on the verge of a road sign posted for 70km/hour. With a drainage ditch on one side parents are forced to park on the opposite side of the road. My son has been coming here for two years now. He has turned in a very competent swimmer and has built strong confidence in the water. I highly recommend swimming lessons here to anyone with a child. Sami has been a phenomenal teacher and there is clearly a strong culture in the development of teachers as even when taking him to make up lessons in other classes I haven't come across a poor teacher.
