Terrible customer service, I was calling repeatedly because Emily ORDERED FOOD to no answer whatsoever. She ended up wandering down the stairs like nothing happened. You are wasting my time for $3. Straight evil.
In all fairness, this one employee might not be representative of the whole company, however, driving recklessly in a company vehicle and almost hitting a family because you are tailgating and don't want to slow down when somebody is turning right into a parking lot is inexcusable.
AquaTerra has stellar reputation in the real estate world. As a luxury real estate agent, they are my first recommendation for pool installs.
Terrible customer service after two experiences trying to look at an outdoor living space. Paid design fees both times. No follow- up to questions since April. Would not recommend working with them.
