If I could give a 0 I would. This just occurred, they took a $306 charge off of my credit card without authorization. Every year they have given me the choice of plan and if I wanted to continue service, but 2026 they just took the money. They also claim to be transparent but said nothing about a mileage fee (it was supposed to be included in the prepaid plan). They wont own the issue. Top notch company! We had our furnace quit on us in April during some really cold temperatures, techs came out quick and found it was not repairable. Darby was fast to come out and gives us options in furnace and A/C units as well as different financing options if needed. Was very honest and was able to work with what was best for us. Really happy we went with Aqua Temp for our A/C! Darby was excellent at letting us know the different types of models without being pushy. Izak and Matt were both polite and had great workmanship. Exceeded expectations guys thanks for the great work.
