When I called I was told the rate was $158.and after hours $ 288 per hour which I thought was great and receptionists said the technician will go over pricing options after that. Micheal the technician was fabulous! He answered my questions and was knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with the service provided by Spencer with AquaTemp with the installation and removal of my hot water tank.
Kaelan was very well qualified and did a very thorough diagnosis of my furnace. As he progressed he answered any questions that I had and explained the whole process
We tried several places to come out to langham and this was one of the only ones that said they would. The call out fee for the weekend was so reasonable compared to the one other one that gave us one. Super fast work, friendly guy who gave us updates as he went and explained it well. Highly recommend and we will for sure be passing on the name to call
