How are y’all so good at killing fish? Dead fish in almost every tank. Other fish prices 3x the cost to reflect lost profit from dead fish. How is it that every 7-10inch cichlid y’all get from locals ends up sick or gasping for air a week within y'all's shop? The employees are hit and miss. Some helpful, some hide in the back room sucking on their vape
This would be a no star review if possible. I will say they had great communication via Messenger, but after that, a straight plunge into the horrific burning pit of crappy customer service. One employee was bad, the other was horrible. I drove from Buda to pick up a fish they had in stock. Got there, and it was like pulling teeth to get help. Great atmosphere and such friendly staff! They answered all questions and even let our kids watch them feed the fish which was super fun!
I have been going here for 8 years, always been one of my favorite places to find healthy fish and great quality plants. My last two visit were bad. So many dead fish just forgotten, they werent busy but we still had to go out of our way to flag someone down for help. A few mislabeled fish and the prices on some items have gotten crazy.
Far better than any big chain store! If you want experience and knowledge, this is the place. Kate and Kate Jr. were excellent!
