I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Aquatek Water. They installed an Iron Buster system in my home for the well water, but when it needed repairs under warranty, they failed to provide the follow-up service they promised. I have benn given the run around from them blaming Citrus Well who has come out Twice and has confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the wall that it is in the iron buster that was installed by Aqua Tek. These guys Chris and Dalton where incredible to work with! They got someone out to my house within about an hour of calling, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got my well pump and pressure tank handled asap! What really stood out was how honest, friendly, and professional they were. After calling a few other companies, these two were by far the most polite and straightforward, with no pressure—just honest help. Chris came in did a great job getting our new water filter installed. Couple days later we had an issue unrelated to the filter and he came right back and fixed that as well. Made some good recommendations and saved us some money. I highly recommend him and the services he offers!

Chris has always been great at showing up and taking care of everything we need! We have dealt with a few companies that never really fixed the issue with our smelly water but thankfully we found Chris and now he is the only person we will call!!
