Fantastic group. They built our pool. Owner Chris is very hand on.
No, I wouldn't recommend ADG pools to my worse enemy. Chris Miazga has terrible customer service skills. He is a LIAR. He is a bully, he is arrogant. There is no personal service. He showed up 4 times (to pick up his check) and to see the project over an 8 month span. He charged over $125,000.00 to build the pool, irrigation, sod, pavers, artificial turf. To pocket more money for himself, he hired an inexperienced "one man and a wheelbarrow fellow" to finish the irrigation, that ADG capped off, sod, grading, etc... The proje... read more
We looked at several pool companies before deciding to go with Aquatecture Design Group (ADG). Most of those companies were of the larger name brands and we did see their signs in the community. But a friend recommended Chris with ADG, stating he was affordable, honest, does quality work and could run with the best of the biggest pool companies around. We couldn’t be happier with Aquatecture Design. The owner Chris was great to work with throughout the entire process. He was great with design, his design matched our vision and we were able to make slight modifications even during construction. He was heavily involved and communicated great for the construction process and we ended up with the pool of our dreams! All this considering supply chain and labor shortage issues. Highly recommend Aquatecture! Building a pool brings about a lot of questions and stress, but Chris was wonderful to work with - always available when we needed him and answered our questions with much consideration. Chris worked with us in detail over the design, always provided great attention to detail, and had a team that was consistent, timely, and reliable!
