Originally we had an incredible, kind, and knowledgeable instructor who was patient and my kids looked forward to seeing him each week. It was a perfect fit. However, the staff who walks the edges of the pool would often yell at our instructor, micromanaging him, and my kids felt uncomfortable with their constant interruptions to the lessons critiquing their effort. We’ve had a fantastic experience with AquaTech in Alameda! The instructors are incredibly patient, encouraging, and great at keeping the kids focused while having fun. My children have made so much progress, and we feel so much better knowing they are learning safe pool habits. The Alameda facility is very clean, modern, and has excellent private changing areas. The class sizes are small, which ensures my kids get plenty of personal attention from the coaches. The staff is always professional and welcoming! Highly recommend!
