UPDATE: August 2021 They no-showed for my appointment and when I called to find out what happened, then told me that I "probably had the wrong company" despite my having text messages confirming the appointment that they flaked on. When I called, I talked to Christina, who is about the rudest person I've ever dealt with, she said they are no longer doing service calls and that I need to find another company. I later got a text saying that all of their technicians quit (wonder why) and so they are not doing any servicing. Th... read more
