If I could give Nova Plumbing Fixtures – Aquatec Plumbing Supply Store in Vancouver negative stars, I would. My experience with them has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I ordered a shower head & tub spout from them company, was told it would arrive in a month but it which took over 3 MONTHS. When it finally did, the spout was not functioning properly.
