I used the customer request form on their website, and left a message at their phone number, to get an estimate on an irrigation system. When I didn't receive a reply after 3 days I called again and the owner, Larry Vance, told me they were no longer accepting new customers. But they never bothered to respond to my inquiries to let me know. DO NOT deal with Aquatech Irrigation Services, LLC. Basic customer service is a foreign concept to them.
