The team there gave excellent advice and spent time looking for an alternative for part that is obsolete. I would highly recommend them and will be my first stop if I need plumbing parts in the future.

I bought a mega toilet from here, a couple of years ago, that washes and dry's your bottom, its amazing! I have been in a few times recently with small (low value) odd items that i've needed and they have always gone above and beyond to help me. I cant fault their customer service, top people!
Went there with description of what I need, no pictures and just ish measurements, tried explaining and was so failing 😂 luckily the gentleman who served me was very kind and listened and tried so hard to help. We got there on the end by drawing pictures 😅 we got where we needed, made purchase, installed it later and it was just the right thing! I am so sorry I don't know his name but he was amazing!
