Would not use again. Called out for emergency leak, engineer was asking to do a service before explaining what the leak issue was. Then advised he needed to condem the boiler unless we spent more money after declining the service. I was pregnant and vocal about how stressful the situation was and having no boiler as I was about to give birth would be horrendous. After deciding to have a new boiler installation the work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. Carl and the lads were friendly and did a great job.
