I have used this firm for a number of years. They did major work on my home, fixed a leak after another firm messed up, and have serviced my boiler every year since. They are always on time, friendly, efficient and happy to explain things to me if I have a query. Can't recommend them highly enough.

5 stars for sure had a new boiler fitted when we moved into our new home and added upstairs/ downstairs hives. I contacted Aquatec as I believed we needed a new boiler. Initial quote was accurate and broken down, and explained thoroughly. It didn't feel like talking to a salesman, but more like sound professional advise on what we should do. the engineers who carried out the work were polite, spotlessly tidy and clearly very good at their jobs. very happy with the service
We had a problem with our underfloor heating. Two heating engineers came out and didn't get to the bottom of the issue. We reached out to Aquatec and explained to Simon the issues. Carl came out and within a short period of time came up with a solution. We had a detailed estimate and gave the go ahead for the work. We now have our heating system back up and running and also we have a better understanding of how to run our system. Thank you to the Aquatec team
I have found both Simon and Carl exceptionally helpful and efficient. Following an emergency they attended the premises promptly, explained all issues clearly and in a way I could understand, and the best next steps.
