Great service and very knowledgeable!
Pentair assigned my warranty claim to Aquasphere about two months ago. I initially got a hold of someone and they said someone would call me back. I must have called over a dozen times and sent emails with no response. If they are this unresponsive to a warranty claim they are contracted with Pentair to do, then I would not recommend them for any pool work.
AquaSphere is fantastic. They have been helping us keep our pool running and clean since we had it built. They are responsive, friendly, and professional. Another huge plus is that they take time to play with our dogs each time they come. The dogs love their pool friends and come running when they know the AquaSphere team is here for their weekly visit.
Jeff, Connie, Babette and Grayson are simply the best. We are way out of their normal service area and from the equipment install to multiple freeze events to replacing 100% of the pool coping (they weren’t the original installers) they have never failed. Integrity is important to me and Aquasphere delivers above expectations. They are patient with questions and solutions. One of my favorite companies of any product or service I’ve ever worked with.
