My girlfriend and I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30. They called and moved it until 5 because they said there wouldn't be water for the pedicures. We showed up at 4:30 and watched 6 or so people walk out with fresh pedicures and an additional 4 sitting in the chairs. I approached the girl at the front desk and voiced my opinion. She fumbled her words until I figured out that it was a bunch of crap. They should have just been honest if they overbooked appointments. Customer Service here sucks. If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. My story is too long to write but long story short they charged me $110 for a service I didn't receive. Also the nail technician continuously hurt me even though I repeatedly told her it hurt. At the end of the day I left with hideous nails and wasted $110. Never again.

I've been a customer of Aqua Spa in East Brunswick for years now with nothing but great service!!! Place is always busy which can sometimes be an inconvenience when you want a walk-in service but that level of business can only be explained by their great service!!! Highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance of possible. I was super excited to hear about the opening of their new store in Marlboro which is closer to my home. Thanks Aqua Spa!!!
