Quick response and made sure I was taken care of. Answered all questions and were very kind. Would definitely recommend!
Installer was 2 hours late and didn’t have saw to cut pipe. I helped cut pipe with my sawzaw. Took 5 hrs to install softener. Then installer asked wife for extension cord and wife had to find one. He didn’t end up needing. Just very inconvenient for us. Just a tip: the person who came to sell softener should take measurements so installer has better idea. Not just pictures
William was so knowledgeable. He had to trouble shoot a pressure issue. I was a mess because I had out-of-town guests arriving in 2 days. He was so calm, reassuring and confident that it'd be fixed before they arrive. He was right! And so kind, respectful and professional. William is a credit to your work force.
