Thank you, & I can advise on Wednesday 3-9-25 tradesman Brendan was efficient, professional & very tidy. At all times he explained what he was doing, & we were pleased with the outcome.
Over the past month I have had Khetu-Ra from Aquashield Bathrooms reseal and regrout 3 showers . Nothing was too much trouble and the showers looked amazing on completion. To be honest the company itself from the office staff to Liam who quoted the job through to Khetu-Ra who did the hard work were very professional. I would happily use them again if needed. Rae
We recently had Aqua Shield come out to seal and repair our shower, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The technician was not only incredibly professional and thorough in his work, but also an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was polite, respectful, and went above and beyond—especially with our dog, who stayed in the bathroom with him all day! Very poor communication, rude administration when call to rebook something they stuffed up in the first place and very poor on time keeping can’t keep appointment times. All just for a quote for realestate . I wouldn’t recommend
Both customer service and workmanship is extremely poor. Originally had someone come out to fix a leaking shower, which was leaking onto carpet that was perpetually wet. The tradesman didn't fix the issue on the first attempt and we had to call back, but was told someone couldn't come out for over 2 weeks to try again. When the next tradesman came out his ute wouldn't fit under the apartment carpark and despite there being street parking available he said he'd need to call head office and see what can be done.
