Am extremely pleased with Aquasense and unequivocally recommend them for irrigation repair work. Grant followed up on a promise to contact me and was clear and quick providing me a fair price for a major rerouting of a master valve, two zone valves and the installation of a new backflow prevention assembly. The two technicians he sent, Anthony and Bart, were professionals: not only very skilled at removing, designing, re-piping and testing their work, but a pleasure to have working our project.
Had been a Client with this Co. for over 11 years, but after these past 2 weeks or so and having to deal w/Grant McKay especially it has been horrific. The customer had not paid for 3 services from the previous year- we tried multiple times to collect for the 3 services. When their annual test came up this spring we told the customer that until we received payment for last years services we could not do any more services. When our tech came out to service the next door neighbor the customer asked our tech to also service their system even though they had not paid for the previous years work. We had Aquasense reinstall lines from two valves, including 12 heads covering our entire backyard. It was by far the best quote we got and they performed the services quickly and professionally. I will never go back to using Austin Irrigation in Woodinville. Mr. Austin gave me a verbal estimate of 4 times the amount of Aquasense's estimate and then never even sent the written estimate by email.
