The next day coincidently I was served by this company & was totally satisfied, as there was nothing wrong with the heater in the hot tub after all. They were the only ones willing to help me when I didn't even get it from them. He instructed me how it works, & could have changed parts & charged me for parts I didn't need, but I only paid for the service call. I am so embarrassed now, but I highly recommend these people, now I know why they are in such demand.
I do not recommend this company to anyone that wants prompt service. They promise to call you back & don't & have jerked me around for 6mos. promising to come fix the heater on my hot tub. I recommend any company BUT this one.
