This company charges extremely high shipping cost that isn't even paid to the shipper. After receiving your package you are then sent a bill from the shipper for more money. There is no mention of this charge when ordering. If you call customer support they say sorry about the inconvenience it's not our fault it's the shipper we know nothing about these charges and refuse to do anything about these charges.

I haven’t even visited yet, but as a pond, pool and farm land owner and Handyman I can tell by reading and looking at the pictures on the website, I can tell that this company has what it takes to make a Utopia landscape any where in your property….too bad they don’t have a branch in the D.R. But I can ship from the US. Even when I can make my own system of pond and filtration, I would love to have one of the centipede filtration system in my pond back in the D.R. And Singapore home.
