Worst product I ever installed waterfall leaked looked for it for hours had to remove water fall to find out the waterfall filter was was cracked due to paper thin plastic defect from factory. Called aquascape and emailed pics and receipt been a week no answer or return email. I had to buy Atlantic brand to replace it and still waiting for aquascape to respond..I'll never buy aquascape again. Bad product bad customer service.
I called Aquascape directly before ordering an urn fountain kit and they told me that they didn’t do direct sales even though their website indicates that you can purchase directly from them. They recommended that I use one of their vendors. If you do order from them, they forward it to a vendor anyway. I went with The Pond Outlet.
