Extremely pleased with the 800mm walnut rotunda unit and basin purchased. Absolutely beautiful design unlike anything else on the market which in a moderately sized bathroom has allowed us to have a wide sink without sacrificing loads of floor space. Unit arrived very well packaged and undamaged despite evidence of some bumps in transit. There was even a screw stuck in the top of the box but the level of packaging which included a piece chipboard for protection meant it was no issue at all. Paid nearly £900 for a cracked unit which Aquaroc refuses to replace . DONT USE VERY POOR QUALITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Received my Monza Stone Vanity Unit and and was amazed with the quality of the product and craftsmanship, it’s transformed my bathroom in to a stylish spa like space , delivery was prompt and communication was excellent I would highly recommend Aquaroc !!!

Lovely product, quality is high but expected give the price. The draw runners are really high quality, best I've ever seen. However I find the interaction with the staff rather disappointing, almost dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than have a friendly discussion about how to clean and care for the stone basin, it's go on the website and look for yourself. (Warm soapy water and Cif if your interested) Advice would be to add care instructions in the box, but make it presentable along with a warranty card of some kind. Your se... read more
