We recently purchased a boat from Mike Feldman and had an extremely disappointing experience. Almost immediately after the sale, the boat started exhibiting serious issues with engine, and its overall structure. It was clear that these problems existed prior to the sale, but Mike outright lied about the boat's condition, promising the engine had been serviced and the helm had been replaced prior to delivery to us when clearly it was not. Mike runs a top notch operation. He was there every step of the way throughout the deal and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. When I had to travel for work shortly before closing for an extended period he insured everything was taken care of prior and even kept the boat in his own slip till I was able to return weeks later. He took every call and addressed any questions promptly and professionally. If you are in the market, give Mike a shout, won’t be disappointed.
Very poor communication! If it wasn’t for my husband texting him to get updates on a boat we had made an offer on we would have heard nothing! We lost out on the purchase since we were never contacted to make a counter offer.
