I have given the new owners several chances to match the tech capabilities and customer service of the previous owners, but to no avail. Recently, it took three trips to have my gear tuned properly and ensure that it was safe. Oddly, no apology - only a search of our email correspondence to prove she was right. The reasons why the tech didn’t do things properly weren’t credible. After nearly 25 yrs of visits to Aquarius it’s time for me to find a new dive shop.
Mario was very helpful during our ReActivate course- he was clear, kept things moving efficiently, and kept the focus on the most important things. Much appreciated.
My 12-year-old son's instructor, Mario, and all the crew at Aquarius were warm and welcoming from the start, and provided really professional instruction. Mario's first priority is safety, and he does take it seriously, but he keeps the classes fun, celebrates student successes, and encourages students in a positive way when correcting mistakes.
