We had a great experience with Aquarius Pools. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. From design to pool school, they made it easy. Communication is key when building a pool and their team always kept us in the loop and answered all of our questions. Going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, staying within timeline and budget. We’ll enjoy our backyard for years to come. Couldn’t recommend Mike and his team more!
Warranty / Character Warranties are only as good as the people who stand behind them. Mike Allen and his team built a spectacular pool for us a little over a year ago on a challenging riverside yard. Shortly after the pool was completed, I noticed several imperfections in the plaster. I called Mike and he immediately came out to take a look. We just completed our pool with Aquarius and are very happy with the results. The sales, onboarding, construction, consultation, and communication processes were professional and organized. We received constant updates using a text tree with all the critical parties on the project. Our project manager, administrative team, Aquarius' owner, and the subs did a great job.
I would highly recommend using Aquarius Pools to build a pool for you. The entire experience was great. We had an organized schedule and were keep informed of every step. The entire crew was very professional and made the project move without any glitches. From the design help (Mike ) to the office (Mel) to our project manager (Tristen) they created and built the pool we dreamed of.
We couldn't be more pleased with the incredible job Aquarius Pools did in designing and building our pool. Michael and his team were amazing to work with. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. They kept us informed every step of the way. This was the perfect addition to our home! Their work is truly top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with the results!
