We just wrapped up our pool construction with Aquarius and we couldn't be more happy. After multiple consultation and years of waiting for the right time, we went with Aquarius. Warranty / Character Warranties are only as good as the people who stand behind them. Mike Allen and his team built a spectacular pool for us a little over a year ago on a challenging riverside yard. Shortly after the pool was completed, I noticed several imperfections in the plaster. I called Mike and he immediately came out to take a look. We just completed our pool with Aquarius and are very happy with the results. The sales, onboarding, construction, consultation, and communication processes were professional and organized. We received constant updates using a text tree with all the critical parties on the project. Our project manager, administrative team, Aquarius' owner, and the subs did a great job.
I would highly recommend using Aquarius Pools to build a pool for you. The entire experience was great. We had an organized schedule and were keep informed of every step. The entire crew was very professional and made the project move without any glitches. From the design help (Mike ) to the office (Mel) to our project manager (Tristen) they created and built the pool we dreamed of.
