Expensive; charge an extra charge on top of already high service call fee for every county line crossed. Did shoddy evaluation of problems and charged to come back when a part that supposedly still worked failed. Left parts that were necessary for operation not in the pump basket where they had been left for easy of location when pool was started up again lying in the dirt among other detritus. More issues. Will not use them again. High cost, low satisfaction.
