Cannot emphasize enough the poor communication and unprofessionalism this company demonstrates. Impossible to get ahold of, inconsistent pricing, they show up when they feel like it, and left my yard and pool area a mess. Gave them grace the first time but it seems that's their business model.
They installed a new pool heater and pump. The service was timely and professionally completed. Mike in particular was very knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend.
I hired this company to open my pool for the season, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. They failed to show up for the scheduled service and never contacted me to explain the delay or reschedule. I had to spend time trying to track down information with little communication from their team. Reliability and communication are important when scheduling seasonal pool services, and both were lacking in this case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
