Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive to help us with our pool and spa replacement. He is very knowledgeable and good at explaining options and best decisions
Eric from Aquarius Pools and Spas rebuilt the sand filter on my pool in Duck. He replaced the old sand with a glass product that is supposed to last longer and work better. So far my pool water has never been clearer. Eric had all the right tools and equipment and the job was more challenging because all my pool equipment is enclosed in a small little house about the size of a large dog house! I highly recommend Eric and Aquarius Pools and Spas!
I have nothing but good things to say about Aquarius. They installed a new pool cover for us and added a new heater and pump to our pool. They also fixed a spa issue that no one else had been able diagnose. Eric is so professional and easy to work with. They are super responsive and get everything done in record time. I would totally recommend using them.
Aquarius did a great job inspecting my pool and spa. They provided expert advice as to my options moving forward.
Eric saved us when our hot tub stopped working and our regular technician was unavailable. He was very professional, responsive and clearly explained the problem. He provided suggestions for options and outlined the cost of each. The service was performed quickly and he sent photos to show the work that was done, since we were not onsite at the time. He would be the first person I call for any future pool or hot tub issues!
